YOUR INVESTMENT INCLUDES

  • PRE-PROJECT QUESTIONNAIRE to clarify your target audience, your goals and objectives, what media you'll use and your timeline

  • 30-MINUTE CONSULT CALL to go over your project details and make sure we're on the same page. 

  • DESIGN OUTLINE to present the proposed design direction for your project. 

  • 1-2 ROUGH CONCEPTS for your piece; workbooks, ebooks and course decks will include presentation of covers and page templates.

  • 2 REVISION ROUNDS of selected concept; additional rounds will be billed at an hourly rate of $85.

  • FILES DELIVERED AS PDFS OR JPEGS, whichever is appropriate.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Contact me here or via one of the buttons on this page.

  • Receive an email within 24 hours with a Calendly link to set up a discovery call.

  • Chat over Skype to talk about your business and design needs.

  • Once we confirm the details of your project, you receive an invoice for a deposit of 50% of the project fee along with another Calendly link to book yourself into the next available spot in my schedule.

  • Once you're booked in, you receive a welcome packet outlining the project timeline and process, along with client homework that must be completed by your project start date.

  • 1 week prior to your start date, I check in to see how your homework is coming, and you receive an email with a Calendly link to schedule a project kick-off meeting over Skype.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if I can't finish my client homework before my project start date?

I develop project timelines so we can launch your new site within the project time frame. That means we both have to stick to the plan. Missing a deadline (by not providing materials or feedback on time) adds time to the project, unless you can make it up later in the process by reducing your feedback time or removing an editing round.

What if I'm not happy with the designs provided?

I work hard for my clients and want them to be super psyched with what I create for them. So far, I've had a 100% success rate. If, for some reason, aren't happy with my work after the 2nd round of feedback, you can cancel your contract. 

What if I need additional items designed?

More work is fantastic! I'm happy to do additional work that wasn't included in the original project scope.. Once you give me a detailed description of what you need, I'll give you an estimate based on my hourly rate of $85 per hour.
